MR. FANTASY: the British pop sensation lighting up LA

Summer’s gone by, days are getting shorter and the weather colder… we could all use an energy boost, couldn’t we? Well, look no further because MR. FANTASY (@therealmrfantasy on Instagram and @iamtherealmrfantasy on TikTok) is the man of the hour and the one you need to shake off the fall season blues.
If you’ve recently caught a glimpse of a mischievous grin and a messy dark-brown bob while scrolling on your feed you’re in luck: MR. FANTASY has blessed your timeline. His first appearance online dates
back to the middle of August, when he posted a short video on both Instagram and TikTok announcing he had just landed in Los Angeles: “Just landed in the L of A, baby!!!! I am already so inspired. Many emotions. Many tunes already coming forth.”, what a way to introduce a music career!
FANTASY, a Brit expat, came to the US in order to pursue his American dream of getting into the spotlight. And he’s done a bloody great job so far! His good looks and sparkly charismatic personality immediately got him plenty of followers, ever prior to the release of his self-titled debut single. The sleek bob, captivating smile and kaleidoscopic outfits are his most recognizable traits, proudly on display on the FYPs of thousands.
Before he began teasing his music, MR. FANTASY posted pictures of himself with inspirational quotes such as “I keep my eyes UP regardless of the outcome. We must always BELIEVE. All it takes is a little bit of work every day to achieve your life’s destiny… Alright now somebody get me a Guinness plese.” showing us that alongside big dreams, he also has a big heart. Furthermore, he incessantly posts content to express gratitude towards his growing fanbase and to share love among his listeners. What a role model! Nowadays you rarely see celebrities who are humble and down-to-earth: MR. FANTASY is definitely teaching a lesson or two to music industry VIPs.
His first single Mr. Fantasy was released on August 24th, remarkably gaining the artist close to a million monthly listeners on Spotify in less than four weeks. MR. FANTASY works with French producer Florian Gouello and delivers a synthy pop track, heavy with the 80s influences. The song instantly went viral on social media and it got people posting videos of them dancing to it. The lyrics are extremely catchy and, in true FANTASY fashion, very inspirational. The instrumentals are energetic, with a hooky beat that never fails to cheer you up; the vocals stand out as extraordinarily heart-stopping. He fully bewitched his audience with the video clip he posted about a week after the song came out, it’s fresh, captivating and full of amazing dance moves. And that goes without mentioning his unique sense of style.
He has recently announced that new songs are on the way soon. We are very excited to see more of this artist’s work. Like moths to a flame, we crave more of that FANTASY light: we cross our fingers and hope to hear more tunes, see more extravagant outfits, more colorful speedos and even greater dance moves. MR. FANTASY will surely be a regular on our radar and, in case he’s reading this, we are letting him know that our inquiries are open.
